“The bagels and coffee are delicious. Only one employee working today and there were 5 folks in line/waiting. Kiosk was down. She tried starting it up but was unsuccessful. If there were some chairs and the kiosk was up this would be a 5 star establishment. Hope they work things out and stick around!!”

I understand they're busy, but they should be more professional about it. They tell me the stem is ready now, and it's always a few minutes later. No problem, the food is good, but they shouldn't say it's ready when it's not.”

“I can honestly say Vele is the best fine dining experience I’ve ever had. The service, the food, everything is consistently incredible every single time we go. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it is so worth it. I’ve never had a bad meal here, and I’ve never had anything less than amazing service. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely divine. The Filet Mignon is my favorite and is 10/10 every single time. I celebrated a friend’s birthday there last night, and it was just another perfect experience. We had Shane as our waiter (again!), and he is always fantastic, attentive, fun, and truly great at what he does. I actually worked with him years ago at another restaurant, and he’s just as wonderful outside of the restaurant as he is there. Vele is lucky to have him, and I feel lucky to have a place like this to keep coming back to.”

“MEII Tea has the most fantastic brown sugar dirty milk tea (boba 75% sweet), amazing tiramisu cream puffs, lemon tarts, strawberry shortcakes, etc. This amazing Boba tea & pastry shop is an amazing gem in Springfield and everyone should try it at least once! The complex flavors from the teas and pastries are an exceptional journey for the taste buds! Monica is super friendly!”

Recently, I really enjoyed the pumpkin chipotle soup and veggie open faced sandwich ( I can’t remember the official name). We also got three deserts and all were amazing! The restaurant smells so amazing when you walk in and you are greeted always with a smile and everyone is so pleasant. Highly recommend.
