All recommendations were phenomenal!
Had dinner at Mariah’s tonight and it was fabulous! If you only think of this place for the pasta, you are missing out on some of the best steaks in Springfield. My New York Strip was seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. The desserts are great and the service top notch. If you’ve never been or it’s been a while, you need to head out to Mariah’s.
Mitch was an exceptional waiter who was knowledgeable about the steaks and introduced us to Butcher Butter which he recommended we try on top. It complimented the steak perfectly without overpowering the taste of the meat. He was very engaging yet not intrusive. If ever we are in the area again this will definitely be a return spot for a nice meal with drinks.
