It's a great place to go if you have a little bit if extra spending money but in the mood for a great steak. I got the filet and it was cooked perfectly and the baked potato with the best chive cheese I've ever had. The owner is a very very friendly person who will go out of their way to make sure that every customer is satisfied.
if you ever travel to Springfield, this is a great place for an "old school" dinner. The fried lobster and steaks were excellent and don't pass up the loaded baked potato. The bartender and bar patrons were friendly and open to sharing the history of the restaurant. Their suggestions as well as the waitress's suggestions were spot on. Steaks are cooked correctly to order. Seafood is excellent. Loved the loaded baked potatoe. Service, outstanding. I know it sounds like I work there but... Damn it's good. Just don't get the spaghetti.
