“We just went tonight and the manager there (I believe his name is Gerald) was amazing as was our waiter! After we were seated (party of 10), Gerald came over and asked how we were doing and started interacting with the younger kids we had with us. He even played tic tac toe with them. We waited a little bit and let him know that our waiter/waitress hadn’t been to our table yet. He was right on top of it and sent over an awesome waiter! All during our dinner, both the manager and our waiter made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had at Outback!“
“We were visiting Springfield with our kids and our 5 month old granddaughter. When we arrived the waiter offered us a free mojito because the air conditioner was slow to get going and it was really hot outside. Turned out the air conditioner was not working at all and the baby was over heating so bad the parents had to take her in the lobby to cool off and we had to take our kids food to go. For a $400 dinner it would have been nice if they were honest with us and said they had no air conditioning in the restaurant. Food was delicious and the waiter was pleasant but too hot.“
“I like being able to have a conversation when I go out to eat. I was able to do that here. There was still a lot of ambient noise, but it was better than other restaurants. I have been to of the same caliber. Food was good and prompt and overall very tasty. My salad was a bit wilted but the bread provided was good. I wish they could get it closer to the bread in Spain but that is probably too much tonask for.Vegetarian options: It is a stake restaurant but you can order menue items and stay vegetarian.Parking: Parking can be tight but if you park accross the street at the mall (40 yards away) then it is a non issue.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible spots in the restaurant and parking. Should not be an issue.“
“It's a great place to go if you have a little bit if extra spending money but in the mood for a great steak. I got the filet and it was cooked perfectly and the baked potato with the best chive cheese I've ever had. The owner is a very very friendly person who will go out of their way to make sure that every customer is satisfied.“
