This was my first time going to Loukinens' and everything we tried on their menu was amazing. We started with the blackened steak lollipops and the steak was a perfect medium rare and well seasoned. I had the beer cheese soup and it was creamy, rich, and had a lovely flavor. The meatloaf cupcake trio was very cute. The meatloaf had whipped mashed potatoes on top to make it look like cupcakes. Loukinen's has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Springfield! The food and flavors are incredible! The atmosphere is cozy and quaint and the staff are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about all of the dishes! This is a must try!
