I ordered an Uber eats. Uber was great however, Jimmy John’s sucks! My order was wrong. They didn’t cut my sandwich in half and all I got was two pieces of cheese and French bread. Why the hell would I order $25 worth of food to get bread and cheese they wouldn’t even correct my order or refund me or offer a solution they said they couldn’t do nothing would not use this location Ever again!!

The "General Manager" says he cant sell bread because he isnt a "bakery", another reason he had was "he didnt have enough bread" both are sorry excuses. I think generally as a general manager it would be your fault that you dont have enough bread on hand, not the customer's fault. You are the ONLY LOCATION THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO THAT HAS REFUSED SERVICE. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Everytime I have gotten delivery it's been different like just today I ordered a kickin cajun chicken unwich with the bow tie pesto and bottle of sprite and I don't think you guys have starcrunches as desert items, but.... instead of my sprite I got a starcrunch? And the last time I ordered they put cucumbers on my sandwich instead of pickles and they forgot my fountain sprite. Like.... are they just not reading the order fully or just forgetting my drink? And what's with that random starcrunch? And I'm just straight across the street when I order delivery so it's not like they have to go far so... I don't know. Food is good, but after delivery fee it's almost 30 bucks for a combo meal so it would just be nice to get everything I had ordered and not forget my drink and not give me random things that aren't even on the menu.

I recommend if you want to get your food you better plan on a good hour before it comes. And don’t expect an apology if you call and don’t expect napkins or a straw for your drink. I mean what do you expect for an $18.89 dollar sandwich plus a tip. Me: hey Jimmy John’s , I ordered a sandwich over an hour ago , is it still coming ? Jimmy:yes it is Me: is this considered freaky fast? Jimmy: no, we changed our motto Me: I can see why!!!

Waited 30 minutes for an online pickup order while they made sandwiches for about 20 people that just walked in. Got told, "we don't know when you're doing to show up with online orders." Even as I was waiting other people walked in, ordered, amd got their food while we just stood there. Never coming here again.
