Worst service and food I've had in a long time!! Went to the drive-up this morning and the kid taking the order was not listening to what we wanted. All we wanted was 2 bisquit and gravys and 4 breakfast burritos. He kept telling us that we ordered 6 bisquits and gravys and only 2 burritos after a lot of convencing to get our order correct he finally got it right which took almost 15 minutes. After wards we asked for picante sauce for the burritos which we did not get, instead we got about 10 to 20 salt and pepper packets which we did not ask for. We did not even get enough gravy for our bisquit. they gave us probably just estimating an 1/8 of gray to one bisquit!! Horrible experience ever!!!

I visit this establishment all the time and today was the last time I love frappes and the machine has been down forever over two weeks and today I wanted breakfast and I ordered orange juice and they were out of it I mean come on You're a restaurant how do you not have what you need . If the frappe machine is down take it off the menu and I wouldn't have to keep asking if it's fixed. I hope everything gets better soon.

The employees at this location clearly were not trained properly. The food is always incorrect or cold. The fries are NEVER filled properly. If you make specifications they almost never get made the way you ask them too. The employees are always so incredibly rude. They either give you an extreme attitude or don’t even look at you. The high schoolers at night ESPECIALLY can’t do their jobs. These kids need to either learn how to do their jobs properly or they need to get fired. There’s a term called customer service for a reason and these employees CLEARLY have never heard of it. The environment in this location is always horrible. If you go inside you don’t even get LOOKED at for 10 minutes unless you start shouting out that you need assistance. You need new people or shut down this location all together. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to put in the same order 5 different times before I finally get what I ACTUALLY ordered!

The people working here specifically the high schoolers on the night shift CONSTANTLY mess up orders. Can’t even hand out the correct order for the correct cars even when directed by the employee infront of their window. It’s ridiculous you guys can’t do anything right, the foods constantly either greasy or condiments on the OUTSIDE. Tell me you don’t care about your job without telling me. Hire new people or close the store.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Every time I have ever gone to this mcdonalds the store is full of children that seemingly can't read or do their jobs. I shouldn't have to get my order fixed every single time. For the sake of the owner I hope you rehire so you don't keep wasting your money paying these worthless employees. Absolutely horrible.

Do you no longer give sauce packets for McNuggets combo order? 2nd time in a row with no sauce on an almost $12 order. Your nuggets are ass without sauce, and French fries were bland. Have had multiple poor experiences from this location.
