Coffee is pretty good, I got the caramel latte and it was at a great temperature to drink right away without burning my mouth. My boyfriend got their midnight chocolate scoop and it was good too. Very chill vibe that was enjoyable

Prices are really affordable, much better than most chains, and the pastries are always amazing. I love the apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, and the blueberry donuts the best. The scones are a nice treat as well!
Coffee is really great, one of the few places in the area that doesn't overwhelm the lattes with tons of sugar.

Prices are great and serving size of the ice cream also. Downvote is bcs the apple pie chai was not hot nor warm even. That was a big let down. If I had a microwave to warm it up I would have done so but as is, quality control needs some improvement unfortunately.

Lately the blonde lady has only filled out cups halfway, before that it used to be great. If you guys need money, just raise your price, I want a full cup of coffee.

I wish I could negative star this experience. I am a Chatham resident have been for 15+ years and never in that time have i experienced the horrible service I did this morning from Helen who wouldn’t tell me her name until I asked for a manger when I asked for one I was screamed at. I was asked if something was wrong with me. I’m a 57 year old woman have managed stores and I would never in my life hire anyone working here who treats people this way, trying to give them business. I hope you SHANNON the manager take this horrible experience and do something about it. Elderly people deserve to be treated the same and that was almost the most insulting experience I’ve encountered.

Place seemed kind of dirty (the bathrooms especially, with grime around faucets and filthy floors). The kids’ ice cream was fine - it’s hard to mess up ice cream - but my donut was bland and stale. And a huge empty space with no charm or personality, it felt somewhat unwelcoming. We probably won’t be back.
Also there were no dairy-free ice creams available, just two sorbets.
