I wish I could negative star this experience. I am a Chatham resident have been for 15+ years and never in that time have i experienced the horrible service I did this morning from Helen who wouldn’t tell me her name until I asked for a manger when I asked for one I was screamed at. I was asked if something was wrong with me. I’m a 57 year old woman have managed stores and I would never in my life hire anyone working here who treats people this way, trying to give them business. I hope you SHANNON the manager take this horrible experience and do something about it. Elderly people deserve to be treated the same and that was almost the most insulting experience I’ve encountered.

Place seemed kind of dirty (the bathrooms especially, with grime around faucets and filthy floors). The kids’ ice cream was fine - it’s hard to mess up ice cream - but my donut was bland and stale. And a huge empty space with no charm or personality, it felt somewhat unwelcoming. We probably won’t be back.
Also there were no dairy-free ice creams available, just two sorbets.

We ordered 3 banana splits and they were the best ever. Their ice cream is perfect. Large servings. Service is very kind and patient as none if the spits were traditional. Every one different toppings and ice creams. The coffee is also top shelf.
Great selection of Cedar Crest Ice Cream. Had pirates bounty. Service was excellent with a great staff.

Took 2 of our granddaughters out for a treat. We got the playdough flavor ice cream. They found it humorous that our tongues turned blue while enjoying our bowls of afternoon delight. Since my wife can not eat ice cream, she had a blueberry scone. Sge said it was very good. We will go back again. Thank you for the fabulous experience!
