3-26-22 Lunch for 1 at noon Plain Jane country cafe. Staff - very polite and pleasing. Pork tenderloin sandwich - Huge and EXCELLENT!!! Walleye fish sandwich ONLY on Friday's :(( Coffee - Good Cherry pie - Good This is an oasis in a quaint village. I recommend....it is a hometown jewel. Street Parking in front of cafe no private lot parking.
Amazing family owned gem! 12 years in the bar/restaurant industry and I was overly impressed. Anyone in the Lincoln/ Springfield/ Peoria Area Please go meet Cesar! Homemade bread, pies, and great atmosphere. Highly Recommend!

We had a late breakfast today and the food was excellent!! Huge portions and we left with a homemade coconut cream pie!! I am sad I forgot to grab a fork for the ride home, this pie looks amazing
