There's a tall non American male employee with curly hair, that wears his hat backwards. This guy is very unprofessional, rude. He needs some etiquette classes.

Not to mention they always leaving something out of the order ie; a fork or napkins

This is my favorite dunkin especially because they never try to put hot coffee over ice and claim it's iced coffee like every other dunkin does. And these are the coolest people.
