I visited here on a Friday evening for a dinner date! The place was really well decorated, has Jamaican paraphernalia all around! I loved the flag colors and atmosphere! There was very little wait, and the host helped us choose what to order. The menu is very extensive but also includes many classic Jamaican dishes (curry goat, jerk tilapia, oxtail, jerk chicken, etc). I always try to get my jersey chicken from yhis place. My last visit I tried the oxtails....they were on point....exactly how oxtails should be cooked!
A coworker picked up our orders so I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere.
The food was ok. Chicken didn’t seem fresh and the cabbage had what I hope and assume were remnants of seasoning; little stem like pieces throughout the cabbage. But it was good could have been cooked a little longer for my taste.
Group didn’t care for the Mac and cheese at all. I got yams which were good.
