McDonald's in Chicago Heights sold my 10 year old a raw patty. Unacceptable. I'm going to figure out a way upload the pics of it. Despicable and Unacceptable. he ate at least 3 bites of it, it wasn't just the middle, it was all around. they simply did not care what they were doing on that grill. I still haven't gotten a refund from door dash either. poor service
I’ve called corporate 4 times on this establishment within the last 7 months. From a DoorDash issue, to the employees being EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. This time I have it on video of a Hispanic employee snatching a receipt and throwing it in a bag in front of a customer and yelling about what the customer in front of the dining room customers.
I went there on September 20 ,2020 got a fish sandwich meal .i literally got my food as I got to the window that’s how I know my fish wasn’t fresh (I wouldn’t of cared if it was at least hot ) but my fish and fires where cold and to top it off my cheese was not even on the sandwich then had me pull up for 4 mins to wait on my drink (how do you get food before a drink??) and that was flat ..I didn’t have time to get back in the longggggg drive thru just to argue with the...read full review
