This place is the pits. The other reviews must have been paid for or they wrote it themselves . Customer service is minimal. It’s dirty and the food was greasy. Why is this place still there.

Very helpful and friendly. Customer service is always fantastic! Food has always been hot and ready when I get it. No complaints Mild sauce is out of this world. My go to place for tendersParking: The parking lot isn't huge but there is plenty of room. Be careful pulling in there are a few holes in the entryway.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really wheelchair friendly there is a step up to get to the door.
The wings were huge and delicious. It would have been better if they could have tossed them in the sauce. The fries were kinda crisp and not soggy. Everything was hot and they gave us plenty of napkins and sauce.
I ordered the 10 pc wing dinner with lemon pepper on the chicken with a side of hot and mild sauce. My partner and I enjoyed the food. The chicken was fresh and you could barely eat it but that's what we like good fresh food. The lemon pepper added the extra touch to the chicken. The fries were fresh and crispy, and I couldn't have asked for a better meal before we left to go back home. I gave the atmosphere a 3 because it's not a dine in location, but everything was everything. They were even selling seasonings, which I regret not buying the ranch one, but if I'm on that side again, I will give it a try. The staff was polite and that's all I ever ask for is good customer service.

This place never disappoints the chicken is always hot and fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend this sharks.
This place is an absolute DUMPSTER with lots of flies included!!!!! The two guys working there were dirty and disgusting. The one guy at the register was constantly scratching his beard and the behind the counter was completely dirty and no one was cleaning the counters or floors!!!!!! Please, the South Chicago health inspector needs to INSPECT AND INVESTIGATE!!!
