I love this Smoothie King! The lady who says she's the general manager is friendly, and the rest of the staff is kind and helpful also! I've noticed a lot of rude customers also who you can hear screaming and yelling from behind their car and that's just a product of being in a bad area but this business makes the most of it! ? You can't expect much in a place full of negative people who complain about every single thing nowadays.. ? but this place does it...
The staff in this location is very friendly. It's clear they're in the process of staff changes but they've been getting through it pretty well! My smoothies are always delicious and I have been recommending this location over Homewood to everyone I know so they get the boost they need! Customer service is always great, and they're always making good recommendations for add-ons when I come through the drive-thru. Highly recommend this location!
The service was exceptional and so quick. I was undecided of what I wanted to get and the staff there gave me so many suggestions and the one I went with was absolutely delicious. One of the best locations I’ve been to.
