Food is good, but this restaurant has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady has no smile, no words, worse than a robot machine.

I ordered through Chowbus, but the restaurant manager said they never received the payment from Chowbus and asked me to pay again. I ended up wasting an extra hour at the restaurant, and although the money was eventually refunded, the whole experience was very frustrating. Customer service was unresponsive and extremely poor.

One of the worst dining experiences. As soon as we entered, the boss pressed us to order. We told him several times to wait until everyone was here before ordering, but he still kept pressing us. I ordered a plate of chicken. The chicken was so hard that I couldn't even eat it. There was no service throughout the whole process and I had to tip at the end. I had to check out and sign at the cashier. I rolled my eyes when I saw the small tip. The summary is that the environment is poor, the food is unpalatable, and the waiters are of low quality.
