Lady at front desk cut our time, I reserved ahead of time and only got to bowl for 1 hour and 45 min, instead of 2 hours. She told me before I paid I can pay for an hour and then come back to pay for the second house. Upon coming back to get an extra hour, she told me that I was unable to bowl for another hour since they received a new reservation for that night. But when she was first explaining to me before, she never told me that my second hour wouldn't be guaranteed and she gave me a hard time trying to get my second hour. I was going to pay for it. I don't understand why I would not be given my second hour, especially when I had booked days before this group of people that reserved that night.

Was looking for something fun to get out of the cold and this place was great. Very busy on NYE but staff was still very attentive. Would definitely try this again.

Drove a long time to get here only to have a sign on the door saying it's closed for private event for 2 hours. Post it online man, don't waste our time.

We had a work event here last week with 55 people. The coordinator was very organized setting up the event, and event itself was executed perfectly. The server was attentive, quick, and friendly. No notes!

Server at the lanes was off the charts great - courteous, prompt, even a pro at fixing our scoring & pin clogging shortcomings. However, bartender pre-bowling tried to pull a fast one on our group of 7. He added tip and folded the receipt so the auto-gratuity couldn't be seen...a bit suspect. A few drinks later it would've resulted in a double tip. Instead, it resulted in a bad review and a bad taste. Lastly, cold reception from the front desk but that cannot take away from great time had, with excellent music, subpar bowling, and exceptional server. 11/11/25 7pm.

Visited last night and I had a wonderful time. First let me say thank you to the staff for being accomodating to the fact that we were almost 15 mins past our scheduled time ( traffic and parking.) The service was great, and we really had a great time!! I bowled my best game ever here 😁😁😁

10pins was an amazing atmosphere. Wasn't a long wait. Host and hostess were great and our waitress was top notch.
This place was super fun. We did this included with a city pass. It came with 1 drink & 2 slices of pizza. Great for a couples night. And we got to bowl for an hour and a half. Plus got 20% off anything else we ordered including drinks.

25 dollars an hour per person and they can’t even be bothered to oil the lanes. Seriously no oil on the lanes, at all.

This is a decent bowling alley with great service. We did go during a slower time, so the experience could differ. A good selection of bowling balls, but that may make things tricky if you BYO equipment as they keep them on the ball return. They brought water out to us without asking, which was very much appreciated. A little dated for the scoring interface with a few little glitches, and the lighting could definitely be better to see the targets on the lane, hence why only 4 stars.
