The food is actually so good. They have unique coffee options that look rlly good as well. It’s so hard to find a coffee shop that can do both. 10/10 recommend giving this place a try!

It is hard to put into words how delicious this place was. We had the Cheesie biscuit sandwich (I didn't think that was a drop biscuit, more like a southern buttermilk type of biscuit), the Havana and the Catirota arepas. All 10/10. That Chai horchata was amazing too.

They were super friendly, and the place is cozy and clean too. And they're making it all fresh, so it's well worth the time it takes to do that.

Very delicious and fresh. I’ve walked by this place and never noticed until now. I ordered the Havana arepa and Dulce de Leche coffee. The pork was so tender and juicy and went well with the pickles, egg, and crispy bacon. Everything is freshly made also. The place is also cozy and cute inside. I’ll be back for sure.

Porkie biscuit sandwich was elite. Lots of food choices, will be back to try other breakfast sandwiches. Quick service for made to order. Price was very fair for quality of product. Very helpful at counter. Seating options were great for size of shop too.

This is one of my favorite places in Chicago! It's literally a little hidden gem. As a Venezuelan, I can tell you that these taste very authentic and above that DELICIOUS! In the summer I was going every Sunday morning for a coffee and Porkie in an arepa! So GOOD! I've taken so many of my friends, and never disappoints. I rave because I love! XO See you this weekend!!

I rarely ever write a review. But my family and I have been looking for a legit go to breakfast sandwich place in Chicago for a very long time and we’ve never found one until now. I ordered eight different sandwiches. I’m not easily impressed, but they were all terrific. The biscuit breakfast sandwiches were my favorite. The biscuits were fresh.

Great coffee. Very friendly staff. Good location. The place is small and not a lot of places to sit. The arepa I had was great

Amazing food. Check your bag before you leave. Paid for 5 + tip and when I got home I only had 4 sandwiches. My fault. Delicious though so I’ll be back! 😋

I always stop in here when I want a coffee, because the arepas are amazing, the prices are reasonable, and the coffee and smoothies are lovely (with great selection as well). Definitely recommend! My favorite arepa is island pork.

I stopped in for a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich to go. I got a carmel iced latte and their “Porkie” Breakfast Biscuit. The coffee was perfect, not too sweet like you get at other places. The biscuit came with bacon, sausage patty, egg and cheese on a drop biscuit. It was amazing!

The servers are also really nice. I’m so glad I found this little Venezuelan cafe and can’t wait to come back and try their arepas!

The horchata latte was really thick but good taste. Rosemary and honey latte was delicious! Small space.

Been meaning to visit this place for a while, but really not impressed. The food was okay, not served in a way that was easy to eat. When served, it was practically left on a table in the back in a manner that I don’t appreciate my food to be left.

Best place in Boystown for Venezuelan arepas. They have a VARIETY of coffee flavors. Staff is very sweet and family oriented. Smoothies available and gluten free items. Really good for on the go or studying as well!!
