2d Restaurant - Mochi Donuts and Fried Chicken

We went to Taiwanese night market event last Sunday and had a blast! Good food ! I hope they make breakfast burgers a regular item!

Food was so good - big portions and flavorful!! Had the Fried Chicken Curry Don and the Wiggle Cat Pudding with Mochi Donut, 10/10. Server was so nice as well, on top of it all and with great timing. For sure will be back, for the atmosphere, the food and the service!

Absolutely amazing! This place is such a vibe! The Spicy Rooster chicken sandwich was literally the best sandwich I’ve EVER had. Y’all….let me tell you about our server, Faith! She made the experience! When I say made the experience…..like that girl rocked my socks! She knew the menu inside and out. She described the food like she studied that menu at Harvard! Not to mention her kindness and welcoming smile! Go check it out….Right now!

Was excited to find a unique place to take get food before heading to the nearby CatCade. The latte I had was pretty good and so was the mochi donut, but unfortunately the chicken sandwhich was truly terrible. I am not a picky eater and love chicken in any form. This chicken sandwhich claimed to be crispy and flavorful, and came with an egg and chili sauce on it. The chicken itself was rubbery and weirdly textured - I wonder if they microwaved it. The breading was not crispy at all, it was soggy and very soft. The spicing was not what I expected, very punchy with the leading flavor being Vinegar, which did not go well with the overly spiced and poorly textured breading. I couldnt bite into the sandwhich without taking grisle part out through spitting. I did not finish the sandwhich and the wait-staff did not question why I took only 1 bite and didnt not offer a to-go box, so I think they know about this quality issue. Completely disappointed and will probably not go again. I hope they start to cook their food well in the future

We went to 2D expecting a gimmicky tourist trap, but what we found was a unique dining experience! The food and prices were fantastic, and we we had a lot of fun taking pictures all over the restaurant.

We met Kevin, the owner, and he brought us some complimentary mochi donuts, and they were next level delicious. The strawberry was our favorite.

We got the 2D Date Night special, which included our choices of entrees and drinks. We got the Thai Tea and Ube Matcha drinks to begin as well as the Potato Croquettes. We then ordered the Pinapple Sweet Chili and Honey Sichuan Taiwanese Chicken. It was all tasty and we left stuffed!

We then did the #2DExperience photo booth session, which was a lot of fun. If you need a fun and affordable place to eat, 2D is the destination!

We are from out of town and were very excited to eat here on a recommendation. Arrived at 7:15 on a Saturday night and were told “they were closing soon and the kitchen was closed.” Hours posted were until 8pm. As a restaurant server, closing 45 minutes before your posted closing time is crazy.

Alexander is an amazing guy—super welcoming and attentive, truly made the experience special. The two-drink special is a must-try, and don’t skip the donuts… they’re next-level good. Great vibes, great service, and unforgettable treats. Can’t recommend it enough!

I went there late June, 2025. Had a good time, ordered some fries and beverages, they were good! Not too expensive, service was good. The place is small so not many people can fit in, there’s a Photo Booth and a little space with a motorcycle that makes a good place for pictures if you’re interested. I really admired the handiwork and everything was very impressive! Had a great time!

The food was really good. The art and atmosphere of the restaurant will make you feel like you are in 2D world. This is a very instagram/social media photo spot. I would definitely come back here for a date

Faith was our server! Now she’s my friend! She’s so amazing! We came in the door and when she saw I was a fan of stray kids she offered me stickers, made the whole experience amazing. Definitely coming back!!

Taiwanese food, limited menu. Found on tiktok. This place is so neat! It looks like it is a comic book! The furniture, memories, clothes, walls, everything! There are so many photo opportunities. Food was tasty and the dessert was so cute! It was a pudding cat on a mochi donut but they give you black icing and a stick to put the face on the cat!
