It’s a ghost kitchen, I went to pickup inside, the guy working there was very energetic and friendly, even with the freezing temperature at night, but my chicken sandwiches were very dry, and very chewy. Came here with high expectations as it’s highly rated only to be disappointed, the curly fries were good but the chicken sandwich definitely missed the spot :(

Be careful, especially if you intend on placing an online order. This restaurant location doesn't actually exist. All of the reviews left are from people commenting on 3LP restaurants in different locations. For whatever reason, everyone's reviews got consolidated into this 1 address.
If you were to visit this actual address, you'll see that it's deserted. No one picks up the phone no matter how many times you call either. I tried calling their other Chicago location a few times and no one picked up there either.

This location isn’t clearly marked as closed. Trekked in the rain just for it to be a different storefront. This needs to be updated on your website and socials. It’s in the middle of nowhere and had to grab a Lyft to find a proper place to eat. So disappointing and frustrating.
Fried chicken is dope.
Very affordable lunch box.
Highly recommend their fried chicken.

Chicken egg rolls were great. Other food tasted spoiled and couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing after reading all the great reviews.

I ordered two sandwiches through doordash and it took almost an hour for the order to be finished for pickup. That is ridiculous and I even felt bad for my dasher.

Got the salt and pepper fried chicken sandwich because how could I not. It survived my 20-minute walk back to my lodging, and it was perfectly crisp and seasoned. The fries looked a little sad, and the service was a bit odd. I placed an order online while walking over, and when I arrived, the server decided to leave and didn't come back for a bit even though the line was growing. I did eventually get my order, and am so glad I gave this a try. I grew up eating salt and pepper chicken with rice and other dishes around the dinner table, so this gave me all the feels. 🧂

Very strange, upsetting experience at the Sedgwick location. Our takeout order was missing half the items. We went back and were told to wait 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later we asked what was going on, if we were going to get our food or a refund for the missing items, and we told they don't know, they just pass out food, and they handed us the brochure to call the number on it. When no one answered they said they could do a refund afterall, which took another 15 minutes. Then they said we were supposed to give the other food back because they refunded everything! The person refused to give us their name.
Edit after owner's reply: We did not verbally attack anyone. Not cool to libel someone just to make yourself look better.
Ordered the ribs, chicken sandwich and 3LP fried rice. Ribs didn't show up. No notice, no apologies. Fried chicken sandwich was pretty good. Held up very well in delivery. The fried rice was really disappointing-- almost like microwave quality and very little meat included. It was $47 for a chicken sandwich and friend rice after tax, refund and tipping the driver 20%.

I made a catering order for my birthday party, and 3LP did not disappoint. We had the BBQ Pork, Veggie Garlic Noodles, and OG Salt and Pepper Chicken. The "Large" portion was plenty for a dinner with 10 men, with leftovers. Henry and team are kind and responsive. I highly recommend 3LP for fun, solid Chinese food in the Chicago area.

Not sure why it's temporarily closed right now, very sad. Hope it opens back up again at this location. Loved their chicken sandwich, 3lp fried rice and bbq charsiu. Ordered once from the south loop location inside Molly's cupcake, great food but had an issue with the charsiu, and sent a picture via DM to the 3LP instagram account to let the owner know of it. He was super responsive, promptly acknowledging that the pictured portion was not right and that the next time I come around a proper order of charsiu would be on the house. And then didn't get a chance to visit, until 5 months later I finally had a chance to order again while in the river north neighborhood, and it was honored without question. That's what I consider good service, and with good tasting food, definitely a local business that I'm rooting for.
