55 ST Harold's & fresh lemonade

Visited this place on Juneteenth to support a black business. The establishment is old / outdated... just gross 🤢 inside. I ignored that because most Harold's are . I ordered wings and fries. The fries was soooo disgusting 🤢 . We as a community have to acknowledge how nasty these Harold's Chicken places are ... I'm never eating at another one again .

Came in last week for gizzards and was highly satisfied . The gizzards were delicious and well cooked . Came in yesterday for another order gizzards to find out there wasn't any available so I settled for catfish . She was heavy handed with the hot sauce and stingy with the lemon pepper ... Either way I wasn't impressed with the meal

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON?? Not you got the nerve to be high as hell on the chicken prices. You Out Here Serving Old and Bad Chicken Combos and Liver and Wing Combos. My liver combo was old and it had gizzards in it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! You try to support Black Businesses, and they give you trash and take your money. Do Better Period!!.

I have been ordering through uber and the food is always fresh and good follow directions to the T . Definitely put a smile on my face today thank you 💜

The Food was 1/2 done, You could still see red in the chicken and the Fries were 1/2 cooked! I never had a bad experience at Harold except this one!

Chicken was old and fries was freezer burn, I ordered off Post mates, I had to get my money back and threw the whole 6 pieces and gizzards away. Never again!!

This location is not very well run. Dirty, old rested fixtures inside the establishment, inconsistent business hours and terribly slow service. It's not worth the trip. There are better locations in the City.

Absolute nightmare ordered 24 mixed. The young lady put 24 wings on my order. Finally got my order after being there for 1hr 20 minutes. No Breast really disappointed..

Disgusting 🤮 ‼️ Haven’t been in a minute but it use to be one of my favs! The food isn’t even cooked properly. Everything was soggy from the fries to the fish to the chicken! There was absolutely no crunch at all! 3-5 more minutes in the grease would have done it but it just ruined my cheat day! Probably won’t be going back I’ll just take the ride to another Harold’s.

14 hour day on my feet and I ended up at this Harold’s. Melody and Netta made me feel so warm and welcomed with their hospitality. That’s what a lot of ppl don’t take into consideration when ppl are coming into their establishments, the day the customer may have had. Because they didn’t know the type of day I had and was genuinely personable and extremely polite my experience here was heart warming. Food was fresh to order and it was good to my soul. I got four wings and fries. Thanks ladies. From your geared up Bears fan with the unmatching scarf 😅😅

Very rich

So I ordered chicken from here off uber eats and my chicken was terrible it was under cooked and my fries were old as hell greasy and hard and they tried to cover it up with mild sauce. Why would you serve people food like this? I would never ever order from here again on Uber Eats nor in store.
