Best kept secret in the Loop when it comes to parking. When I worked in the city up until last year, this was my go to after the construction crews working on the BMO tower swallowed up all the other lots. Staff was always friendly and courteous. There were always spots available, and there was never a wait when it came to getting your car at the end of the day!

I you have a SUV or mid size SUV, forget this parking. It has very small and narrow edges at the entrance and exit.It cost me to scratch the from rim of my new Mitsubishi Outlander 2022. I pay $18 parking for a $1,000 repair. No worth it.

A latino attendant who works in morning hours need real training and knowledge on height restriction and other monthly packages with different vendors like spothero etc., He is so noisy and interrogate customers. Very bad experience with this attendant. I parked my car there and always have to explain him about my payment and other stuff. Manager need to trained him.
