Placed order for 4wings and 5 wings both orders short one wing called to inform them of mistake ,I was tokd I received correct amount of wings ordered.i guess a wing flew away out of each order.i may be a senior but i can still count!
WHAT TYPE OF RESPONSE IS THAT FROM A “OWNER” TO A CUSTOMER IN THAT MANNER,BUT I EXPECT THAT FROM MY NEIGHBORHOOD EATERY.YOU MAY BE THE OWNER,BUT I STAND BY MY COMPLAINT BOTH MY ORDERS WERE SHORT .I DONT MIND PAYING FOR WHAT I WANT; BUY; I WANT WHAT I PAY FOR. I called to complain when I opened my food!

What a poor response to a paying customer, this is why success will never go past the southside of Chicago (Englewood ) and you're the owner?! disgusting!!! A simple apology would have done. No one has to lie about 2 wings, we dont need free food we can afford to pay for what we want. I'm sorry you feel that a review from a paying customer was worth your nasty little comment but it's to be expected from your kind. Thanks

Nice hidden gem! 8 piece dark for $11! Can’t beat it! My man does his thing with that bird! Plus it’s dropped fresh so hot bird is what you get!

Just sharing my experience from today. Seeing that this was my first time there.I order chicken tenders. I asked how my comes in the dinner, I was told 5 tenders w/fries. I waited about 15-20 for my food only to be disappointed to the point that I gave it away. It wasn’t 5 tenders it was 4 that I received in my meal. The tenders are not prepared and made in house. They’re frozen from a bag and they’re not good whatsoever. It’s like the frozen tenders pieces you’d find at like a Walmart or somethings. The chicken was dry and just not enjoyable.I can honestly say that this is the first time I’ve ever felt like I wasted my money on some food.Positive note: the cashier was decent. That’s why give service a 3.All written signs about no this, no that, extra cost this, extra cost that. Is so meaningless and it’s not customer friendly. I got charged for lemon pepper. I have never paid for lemon pepper until today.Respectfully, this business need to do a bit better. Especially if you’re advertising inflation cost & telling customers that they have to pay for all things.
