The horchata cha-cha is my go to drink and its a 5/5 for me. I did want to try something new and got the seasonal mocha coconut latte and it was not good to me at all. Tasted bitter.

Love this coffee shop for the drink and food options and amazing artwork and set up! I wish this place could be my go-to, as it’s right in my neighborhood, but there is no public restroom, so I cannot do longer work/study sessions here, sadly.

Aesthetically pleasing but the iced coffee was weak for my husband’s taste and the black tea lemonade was way too sweet for my taste but that’s just our preferences. Came a little past 8 and had to wait a bit for them to open which was not a big deal to me but it seems like it’s a consistent thing based on other reviews. Customer service was fine, not super friendly but definitely not rude either.

I’ve been here a few times now. Coffee is good, especially their La Toxica. I find issue with the following: 1) came once at 8am, their stated open time. No one there. 2) CS is very mid, no interest in connecting with customers (which is fine i suppose) 3) No public restroom. The space is huge and lined with tables, yet no access to a restroom. You serve coffee, a diuretic! Good apot for a quick order to go.

Coffee is good, but if it’s early in the morning and your looking to show up shortly after opening, they are never there on time… Today I showed up 30 minutes after their opening time and doors were locked with no one in site. Sadly this isn’t the first time. I guess I’m getting Starbucks now..

Absolutely loved it! Drove in from the burbs and definitely coming back. I love Pilsen grew up in Little Village and this place feels like home.
I would love to support but every time I consider working from the location in Pilsen, there’s never anything good on the menu. Everything is junky, lacks creativity, or has pork in it - not a lot of healthy or interesting options compared to the rest of 18th street.

Visiting from Ohio. We have great coffee shops in our home town so we are rather picky. Upon entry I got a cinnamon smell, not of coffee. My husband ordered ‘la toxica’ and he said it was made with authentic horchata. I had the mazapan latte and it was so good.l was pleasantly impressed that it was not overly sweet but had the rich peanut flavor. Glad to have found this place close to our lodging!

It was a nice and pleasant place to enjoy some coffee with my husband on a rainy day, we had the red velvet latte and a bagel breakfast sandwich, this place is very spacious, clean, and great customer service. Definitely coming back to try some other items from the menu.
