Terrible customer service, I placed my order and waited for my food, multiple people came placed orders got their food and left, I was very patient and after 30 minutes waiting for a simple sandwich I asked for a refund. With that request I was given a very nasty attitude,the young lady walked off and got what I assume was the sandwich I ordered, tossed it in the turnstile and tried to give it to me, while telling me that they been called my number, which they didn’t. Keeping my cool I politely refused the food and stated again that I wanted a refund to which she turned around with an attitude to get the manager. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.

at around 1:45 pm tried to order a sandwich and the young lady at the counter gave me soooo much attitude and bad energy while the older guy was standing behind her.....I walked out. My dad and I have gotten sandwiches from here for years. smh

It was good as always. Good music while I waited good , friendly customer service. They always do me right.

1st time here, food terrible, polish was old and dried out. Broken fries cooked too long. Food cold! Tasted old, expect my stomach to hurt tonight.

I have been eating here for over 40 years, when it was a liquor store in the front. Now I travel all the way from Michigan City, Indiana to get food from here. And with year the quality of food deteriorates along with the portioning, while prices accelerate. But today was the worst service and sandwiches I have ever received. First of all I couldn’t get a hoagie because there was no meat( sounds like a Denny’s) I won’t bother to complain about portioning for a $15 sandwich but how can corned beef possibly get so dry and be full of fat? I won’t waste my time, money or gas talking this trip again. I can make better sandwiches in my crockpot. If you’re going to take people’s hard earned money care about the product you’re putting out. Before you become another closed down business in Roseland like I see with every trip to Chicago

I was told about this place for sandwiches, let me tell you it DID NOT disappoint!! I got two corned beef and one best of both worlds. It was $46 dollars but we ate off them for FIVE meals! Sooo Delicious too!

I travel from west side Chicago for the experience of this legendary sandwich and was totally disappointed.😡
How can you make a sandwich with just meat and cheese incorrect ?
Knowing I should have check. No cheese the rye looks like white bread. Destroy my entire experience I will not be returning nor patronize AP deli in the near future .There is an up side , I finished the sandwich

I just brought a corn beef sandwich, this sandwich was $17, it was really small and had no flavor. I wouldn't buy another one from here.
