The best most authentic Indian food in Chicago! In particular, their tandoori paneer appetizer(formerly Bhatti de Paneer) is tantalizing good! I also love their other paneer curries and one new one to note that is another noteworthy dish is their soy chaap curry! Just the right amount of spice and closely resembles the culinary experience of North Indian and Delhi cuisines: a place called Halidrams in Delhi comes to mind and it’s great that they brought this dish to this restaurant in the states! Overall a must try authentic Indian restaurant that I do not say for a lot of American Indian restaurants in the States!

Phenomenal food, great service, and a really lovely relaxing atmosphere. They had vegetarian options I’d never seen before (soya chaap was fantastic), and the curries were all top notch. Will definitely be coming back. Great for a date night!

The Bhindi Masala had no taste at all and was completely bland. They even included the top/head part of the bhindi, which is normally cut and thrown away — totally inedible. The bhindi pieces were huge and undercooked, and the bell peppers were raw and cut into very large pieces.
I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for the last 2–3 years, but the quality has steadily declined. Today it hit a new low. Ordering this on New Year’s evening was a mistake.
Never order Bhindi Masala from here. Also avoid any sabji with large bell pepper or onion pieces — they’re usually undercooked and hard to eat.
