Big upgrade from years past. Compared to many airlines' lounges, AA is very good. The bar is not cheap. The pastries are definitely not "Paris," but they're FREE, and not bad heated up.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options. Non-fat yogurt, delicious salad, oatmeal. Vegetarian no problem here.

A great lounge. Good food and drinks. Has a lot of vegetarian options. Even had Indian bread and black dal. We were given access to the Flagship Lounge as I had a gold membership of Qatar.
