Wish it hadn’t taken me so long to try Ahuevo! Really excellent food (we had the tots, a breakfast burrito, and an egg/sausage sandwich), and great service (the owner slipped us some cookies to try too!). Definitely gonna keep my eye on this place when they move to their own space! Will miss them being so close by but always love to support smaller businesses led by quality people.
It took us a minute to find it since it's a pop up kitchen but once we did, the owner was who greeted us and he was SO friendly, personable, and recommended us menu items and let us know what new products he was working on and trying. We had his cheeseburger as a smash burger with an egg on it and some coconut guava with white chocolate cookies. Everything was INCREDIBLE! The veggies on the burger were so fresh and crisp and the meat was perfectly seasoned. We also tried his new homemade jalapeno cheddar cheese that was FIRE!This sounds like an ad, but it's so rare to find a business that is so passionate about delivering a quality product and taking care of it's customers. 10/10

Ghost kitchen inside Mi Tierra Mexican restaurant, and 100% recommend trying them out! Egg sandwich that makes you lick your fingers after you've finished it! We did the Ahuevo Scrambled Egg Sandwich, I added bacon and my husband had sausage. The scrambled eggs are delicious, the sriracha mayo is the perfect touch! The only complaint is it's a little messy because it's very buttery so the wrapper is a little too greasy. Also get the iced coffee if you like sweet drinks. It's your typical sweet Mexican coffee :) Pick up is a little confusing because it's inside the restaurant, but the staff was super welcoming and nice. (When you walk in, go to the left by the bar, orders will be there). Definitely coming back to try other items from their menu!

It was my first time here with my sisters and we absolutely LOVED it. I was able to meet Lazo, the owner and he was such an amazing guy. He was able to tell us his story and you can definitely tell he puts so much love and effort in his work. I loved everything about the place from the food to the atmosphere. Definitely would be coming back for sure. 100/10 experience ?

We got our food take out and we live about 15-20 min. The fact that it was wrapped perfectly and the food was still warm was. Good in itself. Those sandwiches were delicious and filling. Surprisingly it only being $10 was worth every penny. We will be back.

Really can’t say enough nice things about the food, experience, and the owner. We popped in for takeaway sandwiches last weekend and they were really well-made, on delicious bread, and we received apologies for a delay we didn’t even realize had occurred. Super happy for the owner, who we met that day, and wish them the best of luck with a brick and mortar in the future!
