There's a problem that the restaurant don't understand the principle of just in time management. I ordered the breakfast special. I received the order and it was not prepared as I requested and there was no potatoes with the food. I was told by another waitress that it will be coming... after 5 minutes, it finally came. I wanted the food to be prepared and served altogether. Meanwhile the food is getting cold. So I leave to told (in their effort to be funny, I guess) now you can pay for the food and go and buy some groceries. I will make an effort to let people know not to patronize the restaurant.

We went to Alexander’s for breakfast on my brother’s birthday. The staff was exceedingly nice and sang happy birthday to him.
On that day, there was something wrong with the waffle maker so they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food. The staff were very apologetic and comped our food. Very impressive service!
The food was delicious and we will definitely be coming back for breakfast another time.

I just wanted to share with you about our recent visit to Alexander's restaurant for breakfast. The staff there were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The service was prompt, with our drinks and food served quickly. The portions were generous - our plates were so full that we couldn't finish everything! We also noticed that if you order coffee, the staff are happy to keep refilling your cup. The bill was quite reasonable, and overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

It’s hard to want to go anywhere else when the food is great, the service is always on point, and the staff is top notch!
The croissant sandwich is my go-to and the side of crispy hash browns is perfection!
