I just wanted to share with you about our recent visit to Alexander's restaurant for breakfast. The staff there were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The service was prompt, with our drinks and food served quickly. The portions were generous - our plates were so full that we couldn't finish everything! We also noticed that if you order coffee, the staff are happy to keep refilling your cup. The bill was quite reasonable, and...

On that day, there was something wrong with the waffle maker so they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food. The staff were very apologetic and comped our food. Very impressive service!
