The wait time is ridiculous everytime it's at least 30 minutes. Someone needs to teach coustmer service to the staff. My wife loves the food but they don't put enough sauce on the food you have to pay extra for sauce. I ordered the turkey tips with no seasoning a couple of table spoons of sauce and they don't prepare the order at the same time. This visit was almost 45 minutes waiting for a steak burger
The foid was good I have to admit even though the hot links were a little over cooked. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and it did take a minute to get my order. And no there is no dine in service.

The rib tips are hit or miss. Sometimes they are very tender, other times they are cooked hard. The sauce is good, i recommend extra sauce. I also recommend having them cut thin or double cut. The wait could be long depending on the line, which is usually long. Street parking. They do not take phone orders. Otherwise not bad.

They don't take orders over the phone so i had to use grubhub. Ordered 3 steak burgers 1 with bbq sauce and onions and 2 with the regular topping. Went to ick it up and they only had 2 steak burgers ready and had to wait 20min. for the last order. When ii got back to work all the steaks were made the same with bbq sauce. What's the use of writing down special instructions on 1 order and you make them all the same. No worth going back and wait for fresh food. We have to do better.

I know that it's customary to wait for bar b que orders, BUT when there's no other orders, and they tell you ten minutes for said order, I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes, while watching people walk around looking lost, talking, not doing g the simplest order, I'm done!! I've tried now fir the third time, but no more. People, Dont go there, the food is substantially substandard, the workers stand there and look at you for minutes before they wait on you like you're bothering them. This the WORST PLACE EVER!!!! THEY NEED TO CLOSE!!! Oh BTW, thè order, a large order of rib tips, was more bones, little meat 🍖. Too sad.

Another black establishment fails at customer service. Took my grubhub order to pickup, only find out they are on vacation to the until 23rd of July. But today is the 24th! But this isn't a surprise often times they will just be closed randomly and still take your grubhub order. And they dont offer call-ins. Its sad and can't wait for this establishment to one day show some self respect. You lost a customer for good.

One of my favorite places to order, only problem is inconsistent with the sauce. Sometimes its fine, sometimes its not enough and its so dry you don't even want to eat it, so I order extra sauce. Most of the time its fine and I waste the extra sauce. So today when I ordered the rib tips and don't order extra sauce (since its usually wasted) and it comes dry as hell. I literally don't even want to eat it. Its good when its wet and saucy but inedible when its dry and hard, unfortunately, they'll serve it to you dry and hard sometimes. I'm done with them for a while.
