Chicago Weekend Explorers
My parents and I went to All Star Seafood and Sports last night to watch an NCAA tournament game and the experience was awesome! The owner, Robert, greeted us upon entry and came by twice to make sure we were having a good time. They asked what game we wanted to watch and were sure to seat us right smack dab in front of a tv with that very game. Our server - a friendly Latina, I don't remember her name, sorry -- was super helpful and attentive. The food was quite tasty, albeit a bit scant, but that was a small-ish quibble. Thee Oysters Rockefeller were outstanding, as were the per the pound shrimp. I was able to find on-street parking nearby, and the atmosphere was lively without being buffoonish. The televisions for the games were huge and of phenomenal quality, and they had all the games playing plus tickertape updates of MLB, hockey, NCAA women's bball updates, etc. I will certainly return.

Had the pleasure to visit this place for lunch. It was a great atmosphere. I don’t eat seafood but this place was suggested. The food was delicious!!! The staff was friendly. And the owner Robert, was even there. He checked on us multiple times and was just very attentive to his patrons. Our Server Nicole was great also!!! I highly recommend the steak tacos!!!! My husband had the Crab Stew and hasn’t stopped talking about it yet. My sister in law said the lobster Mac was delicious. The wings and fried pickles were also a great appetizer.
I live in Indiana but I will definitely be returning!!!
Good atmosphere for watching sports. Food was good but nothing special. We had poor service and the app used for ordering automatically gave a much larger tip than our waiter deserved.

I honestly have no idea how this place has good reviews. I went in on a slow Tuesday night, took 30 mins for us to get our drinks and about an hour for the food. The waitress was very non chalant and didn’t seem too care much, not very attentive. I gave the food two stars because it was edible, our appetizer, a shrimp dip was the best tasting thing, but the seafood had been so over boiled it was mush. My daughters Alfredo and my macaroni was clearly microwaved and not tasty. As far as seafood spots go, I’d say keep looking because this isn’t worth your time or money. The most painful 150$ I’ve spent in a long time.

Brought my fiancé here for V-Day. The vibe was great, which is why we stayed. Like other restaurants, you can order from your mobile device, which I recommend because we gave our order to a server and, after waiting 1 1/2 hours, discovered she never put it in. We did have a drink tab for $90 that she put in, but after speaking to the manager, he covered that tab for us not receiving our food but then tried to hit on my fiancé. Needless to say, it was a bad experience. However, the food we didn't get looked scrumptious

Love this neighborhood sports bar. Televisions everywhere to watch games, relaxed crowd, waitresses and bar tenders that are attentive. If you get a chance check it out and I have yet to have a bad meal here!

The food wasn't bad...potatoes were good and they were a bit busy so food was warm. My issue was that my bill was $66.86 or something around the amount, I gave the owner (I believe it was) $80 and the exact change and asked him for my change. He dug into his pocket and said he didn't like change....I said I needed mine, which was $14.00..he walks over to the register at the bar and does something and comes back with 10 singles and 31 cents...mind you I gave him the EXACT change. He counts to himself and hands me the incorrect money. The ONLY reason I couldn't address it was because my Uber was about to pull off and I wanted to go back and rest because I've been coughing uncontrollably.I would say if you pay use a debit card or pay the waitresses because this is crazy....as a business man you should be able to count...the change was gonna be for MY WAITRESS but since you took it upon yourself I took the $10 you gave back that could have been for her. I will not be returning. Definitely not worth it....$4 or not.

First time stopping in All Stars Seafood & Sports Bar & it won't be our last. A sports bar with great TVs & sound on for the Kansas games. Friendly, attentive service with good food and drinks. Owner introduced himself and was super engaging and made sure we were provided good service. Great place to watch a Kansas Basketball and/or Football game. Looking forward to the next visit!

I remember when this joint first opened the week before the Covid shut down in March 2020 as Iived in the apt building a few doors down. I felt so bad for them as I recall the GM going no way they will shut us down...ooops! Fast forward a coupe years later, I had moved to another hood and forgot the place existed. I was in the area and noticed there were more TVs and the scene looked a bit more vibrant that I remembered. Apparently there was new ownership and staff. Definitely a great place to watch a game with TVs everywhere and the environment suits it. They have a solid happy hour and do salsa lessons on Wednesday nights. Food is decent as well as I've had the lemon pepper shrimp which was very good. Also had the lobster surf roll which was ok. I like the place.
