This is absolutely not a good chain for the concept. The rice is jasmine and not great served cold. They have the smallest portions for the price. Even when you order a larger size they still give you a small amount. Poke poke is far superior

The quality control on orders from this store is non-existent. 90% of my orders arrive incomplete or with incorrect items. Today I ordered the Crab Rangoon dip, which according to the website is supposed to include the fried wonton chips. And of course the order arrived without the wonton chips. And my Poke bowl included tofu, which I did not request. Other times they've not included cookies that I've ordered (but still charged me). And other times the Poke bowls are just wrong. Wtf is wrong with these people?!?

Very disappointed in my recent experience. After ordering some takeout a year ago, I decided to treat myself on a Friday night to a Poké bowl. Every single ingredient was not right. The rice was stale. The avocado wasn’t ripe. The fish seemed old and barely had any scoops. It was all rice with very little toppings and the sauce Barely penetrated any of the items in the bowl. Like, really really bad. Gross. Shame on you Aloha Poke! Shame on you for ruining my Friday night!

I used to order from this place all time and it was very good. Recently, something has been off with the quality and the portions.
I got an awful miso soup bowl a few months ago that scared me from ordering here again. Decided to give it another try today and couldn’t finish my bowl. Fish tasted off, rice was undercooked, and miso soup did not taste fresh.
Hoping they can go back to whatever they were doing 8-10 months ago and I can continue ordering.

Can't believe this was almost $14 and I didn't even get "premium" toppings. Poorly made rice, the tuna seemed "old" and the options for toppings are very limited. Didn't even taste great. Done bother and find something else.

I personally don’t like the taste of the spicy mayo but the reason I rated 3 stars was due to the upcharge for the crab salad, masago and the avocado which I wouldn’t mind as much if they didnt give such small portions. There was a spoonful of crab salad and only a 1/8th slice of avocado.

it's good food and affordable and basically instant, but better for takeout since it's only a counter and not very comfortable to sit in. but the lady who runs it is super nice and the food is good and healthy which is hard to find so I go there a lot

Delicious. I had the volcano with marinated shrimp over greens. The spice level was perfect for me and the sauce was really good.
The shrimp were a bit overcooked.
I don't say this often but they were a bit heavy on the sauce, though, I would rather have too much sauce than too little.
5 stars from me, I'd visit again.
