He and his fellow service teammates made our evening memorable. Loved the crispy polenta with mushrooms. Her sea bass was outstanding and my short ribs meaty and filling. The wine pairings suggested by Eric were excellent and the key lime pie the right taste to top off the experience.

We reserved a table for my daughter's birthday and had a great time. The staff was flexible, allowing us to move our reservation from the enclosed patio to inside of the dining room. The decor and ambiance was a plus! Food was very good! They gave my daughter a complementary birthday sundae as well. Location is right near shopping and parking garage nearby. Pricing was reasonable for the experience.

We visited Alpana on Wednesday night. It was almost packed, since we had a reservation for outdoor seating so it was quite good. Food overall taste, appearance and freshness were spot on. Malabar Shrimp definitely recommend.

This is my wife and i's favorite restaurant we have ever been too. We love Alpana! We are from Milwaukee and it is a must visit anytime we are in Chicago. She has a dairy allergy and the amount of dairy free options that they offer for an Italian restaurant is incredible and everything taste as good or better than pasta dishes with dairy! We love Alpana! 11/10 experience every time.

Our service and food were great, however, they sat us outside on the enclosed patio staring at a serving station and listening to dishes clang every time a server cleared a table; experience was not worth what we paid. Would recommend the restaurant, however, would recommend inside seating only!

Went on Valentine's day, it was cozy and dark. Quiet enough to hear your partner from across the table but not to where you can only hear yourself. Food was amazing very interesting flavors and textures and the atmosphere was perfect for that night.
