I hadn't ate from this place in at least 4 or 5 years. First thing I noticed are the exorbitant prices for something as simple as a hot dog.

Excellent burgers and fries at this longtime take out. Not a large menu but what you get is fresh, honest and cooked to order. You can sit in the adjacent dining area - and the fries are better hot. This area of Chicago is a FOOD DESERT. AL’s will fill you up and satisfy your craving for a good tummy filling meal.

I witnessed today as usual the young lady at the window being rude as always . This time it was with a health inspector. She should be fired she is always being snotty with the customers. Very rude and un professional.
