I ordered a cake for my supervisor. I got all the brownie points. She said “ the person who made this cake (caramel) put her toes, elbow, whole body because it was delicious. She loved it yellow cake was moist, caramel wasn’t to thick and hard it was perfect. Will order another one.

I walked in , no one greeted me I asked what was best seller and worker gave me attitude , couldn’t even tell me the price he just turned the screen around , bought couple cupcakes and a cheescake and told him keep the change and to have a good day and got no response. As I was leaving 2 lady’s walked in and he Greeted them.

Cupcakes are moist, love the whipped frosting, always has a variety of flavors, was able to get in/out quickly, employees always greet you when you enter; the owner has been nice the few times I've spoken with her when I went in.

I don’t really like icing but hers I will eat. I love everything about AmazCakes. Oh & I love that bakery smell every time I walk in that door.

I seen videos before our trip to Chicago and I made it my business to make sure we had a slice or two of those amazing cakes and OMG when we did I was not disappointed the cake was moist and so soft and the frosting was not too sweet the cakes was perfect we ordered three slices and enjoyed every bite oh we’re most definitely stopping in on our next trip

The banana pudding cake has good flavor, with a layer of cheesecake in the middle. However, the cake layers are extremely dense similar to pound cake. It was an unexpected texture, but overall the cake slice had a balanced sweetness and tanginess.

This was my first time and the cake was dry as hell, l had order 2 red velvet Carmel and didn't like the cookies neither I order 2 strawberry and 2 lemon I asked the young lady when was they made she just looked at me I should have new then not to buy. Will not support again 😒
A friend wanted to try this place because of the media coverage. We purchased a mini caramel cake, cupcake and banana pudding. I had the caramel cake and a lemon cupcake. Both were far, far, far too dense for my liking. My friend did not like the cake or the banana pudding. Not tasty, at all. Some may enjoy; but, definitely a “no-go” for my palate. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

Customer service and ambiance was superb. I had the German chocolate slice. In my opinion there was not enough icing on it. The icing between the layers were very thin. The Icing itself was ok but I’m used to a thicker consistency on German chocolate cakes. The consistency was kinda runny which I personally do not like. I’m big on textures. But her cake slice was thick and moist. I may try other flavors.

THIS IS WHY I DONT SUPPORT BLACK OWNED BUSINESS… Horrible Business, Do Not Recommend!! I went here a couple weeks ago to get cupcakes (turtle, red velvet, cheesecake) because I saw on it on social media and I walked in and was not greeted in no type of manner as I continued to speak there was a dry hey from the woman sitting at the table in the back and the lady’s was like let me know when you’re ready like she didn’t have to come up and get it my items for me….i really didn't have time to type this review last week. I won’t be back the place was over hyped anyways. Get better customer service representatives and manners
