Amazing Edibles knocked our wedding out of the park! From day one the entire team was a real joy to work with. Owner Andrea is as sweet as could be and welcomed us in for a beautiful tasting. Remedy worked us throughout much of the decision-making process, including choosing rentals and creating signature drinks, then seamlessly passed things over to Samantha to see things through in the final month or so. Everyone LOVED the food!! Our guests were truly impressed by the quality for a buffet and could not stop talking about the Morroccan eggplant cups and spring rolls. The stars of the dinner show for vegans and non-vegans alike were roasted broccoli and quinoa cakes!! We were even treated to special plates and cocktails of our own to enjoy post-ceremony, plus the AE team set out of dessert table and late night food as well! If you are considering AE, do not hesitate!!!

Our tasting was so fun with Andrea, and it felt like having dinner with an old friend walking us through what sort of food would best highlight our tastes to our guests, all within our budget. While the food was amazing, as well as the mixer package we went with (Amazing Edibles was great at walking us through what to purchase as far as alcohol for our wedding), the service is really where Amazing Edibles shines. My wife and I were treated like absolute royalty by the staff on our wedding day, and our guests were treated princely as well. While we heard compliments about the food from guests, we equally heard plenty of comments about how nice the servers were as well. Having been to some weddings as a guest where staff might be rude, that leaves an impression on you, and I'm glad Amazing Edibles was able to leave such a lasting impression on our guests through their amazing service that is unfortunately not as common as one might hope. The entire team was just fantastic to work with at every step of the way, and we were able to have an elegant plated meal at our wedding, appetizers passed around during the cocktail hour, and cocktails and beverages passed around as guests arrived ahead of the ceremony as well. Wow! We loved these guys. Our venue sent us a list of recc'd caterers and I am so happy we went with Amazing Edibles. Firstly Remedy, Sarah Ann and Andrea were super responsive, totally knew all their stuff and were incredibly respectful of our budget and desires. The tasting with them was fun and Very tasty and I can't thank them enough for how our wedding went last weekend. We got to the venue and honestly everything was done and done better than I could have imagined. They flipped the room after the ceremony and I can't get the picture of how beautiful it looked out of my mind! They know how to set a gorgeous table even with our sort of minimal decor. The lead greeted us and asked us only necessary questions and then just got it done which was a godsend because of all the chaos of our families and wedding party etc. We came back to the private room after our photos and there was a gorgeous plate of appetizers and our signature drinks there waiting. All of our guests told us how amazing the food was, bar staff was great, and not a single thing was out of place or late or off. At the end of the night them or the venue staff Both? (they worked in tandem with Ovation, Chicago) handed us a box of all our stuff rounded up from everywhere and thank god they did because by midnight I dunno if we would have been super able to find it all ourselves! We were nervous that a plated dinner for 70 people might result in semi-warm food, but everyone's meal was hot and delicious!As the bride, I was paid special attention to by the team lead and was always given a nudge to eat. We were even brought our own plate of hors d'oeuvres right after the ceremony to make sure we were fed!
