When in store place order and ask about the taco combo. While waiting I could hear a female and male talking. No one was up front. Then I heard the female say I go and see if they want something. When she came to the window she had an unpleasant reaction. I ask her what all comes with the combo she a drink and fries. I asked her could tell how many taco she what ever in the board. I kindly thank and left. Just opening up and your already displaying horrible customer service issues is not a place I want to spend my money

The food was amazing. I had jerk chicken taco combo and I can tell you that it was succulent taco. The Taco had so much flavor and the jerk didn't overpower the Taco. I didn't even need the green taco sauce because the taco didn't lack any flavor. Fresh cut fries as well and they didn't taste like beef tallow. Customer service was the highlight of my evening experience. She was patient, kind, and understanding. She welcomed my service and that's why this restaurant received a good review from me.

I went there to get three tacos two beef and one chicken I asked if they could be individually wrapped cuz I don't like them all together that was a little fuss between us because they were saying they couldn't do it and I'm like really because where I go they do it the same way they will if you ask them they would do it individually so I guess the guy said okay and I said I want everything on it including sour cream and cheese black pepper on my fries well I received the two Taco beef and the chicken no sour cream on none of them no cheese and everything was cold included the fries, so I decided to call them to let just to let them know I didn't get everything I paid for and the girl hung up on me and the thing is, all I said was I was just there and she hung up on me. So now they answer so I have to put back on my clothes lawd help my spirit.

Just went and ordered some Philly steak eggrolls and taco meals. The lady ringing up was nice UNTIL I left, went next door and came right back because I noticed I was missing a taco. She was nice about it to me but I guess she didn’t know I can hear everything she was saying behind the glass the microphone transmitter thing was loud and clear and I heard her say some mean and snotty things about me. That made me feel bad for even asking for my other taco smh. When u work in customer service u have to be mindful of the things u say. That customer could’ve been having a wonderful day but that really ruined the rest of my day . I WILL not support this business any longer. I’m sad because their food is really good
