I hadn't been here in many years! There are so many new American Girl dolls!

I don’t usually leave reviews. But we had a wonderful time during our visit at AG, celebrating my daughters birthday. We had lunch at the cafe. I recommend making a reservation but I’m sure you can get a table as a walk-in. Our server, Prince, was friendly and patient, with our guest. You get an appetizer, meal, and, desert, with their lunch menu. The food is alright but it’s more about the experience.

What a phenomenal and magical experience I had visiting the Chicago store! I am only in Chicago for a day and I made sure to check out the store! I have been collecting for 11 years and this experience of visiting the store was surreal! From the unique displays , to awesome photography opportunities, this store had it all! What a totally magical experience for myself to walk through and immerse myself is what I love most 🫶🏼🩷🥰✨ I was so excited to pick up my Chicago patch to add to my collection and spend my rewards ! I had a handful of items and with all my rewards only had to pay $1.74 which was amazing! I had so much fun here and I would recommend it to anyone visiting to come visit the AG place here in downtown ✨🫶🏼 you made my trip thank you !

To say we had a wonderful day would be an understatement!! The staff were so attentive- especially Dito at the restaurant. The lunch was reasonable and included so much delicious food! Honestly the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had. My nieces loved playing with the bitty babies and seeing all of the different dolls. American Girl continues to uphold their legacy of empowering young girls to be whatever they dream to be!! We look forward to our next visit!

My daughters were over the moon with all of the dolls and accessories. It was a bit overwhelming, I was thankful to the staff’s explanation of the store layout, as well as a suggestion of a doll that looked like our child.

My daughter and her doll are now inseparable and thankfully the doll seems to be great quality. We looked online for a couple of new outfits and accessories for upcoming holidays and it was disappointing to see free shipping on orders $175+.

Truly a nostalgic experience for any young person. The staff make it magical!

This is a really cool store any little girl would enjoy. They have lots of dolls and accessories to purchase. It is very clean and beautiful on the inside. There is an escalator for an upstairs section that connects to what appears to be a small mall. Yes the prices are high but that was expected. There are a few spots they can play with the dolls so that is really nice, and my daughter enjoyed being able to touch something. Staff were helpful.

Good food and excellent service. Our waiter, David, made it a special birthday celebration for our daughter. Great job!

We took my niece for her 10th birthday and we were blown away! We had a reservation for lunch and it was well worth the $30 per person for the amount of food you get (1st course, main dish, dessert, and drink), plus a plate and cup for your doll to keep, a chair to borrow so your doll can eat at the table as well, and the napkin ring doubles as a hair bow for you or your doll. If you don't have a doll, you can borrow one in the cafe to eat with. She also got her doll's hair done at the salon for $22. The service overall was amazing and we had such a great time!

It was adorable! We celebrated a 7 year old's birthday. It was very special! We loved the deluxe birthday package we got the girls nails done but not the dolls. But the toys were very expensive!

Everytime I am in a city where there is a American girl store,I have to visit and of course this location was so exception ! I ate at the café and the food was superb ! My waiter,Fernando,was very friendly and my video I took here,went viral ! 🤣🤣🤣 I am 42 years old and have loved American girl since I was a 10 year old girl ! I collect the dolls and enjoy the books so coming to this beautiful store was just so much fun ! The staff was so wonderful as well ! I can't wait to come back and visit !
