New must try restaurant in Edison Park. Family owned & operated. This is their second location, original location is in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago. Everything we ordered was delicious from the tacos to the empanadas and the taco salad. Great sized portions and fresh tasting food. Stop by and give it a try you won’t be disappointed. A Nice variety of Mexican food , but with a twist . The flautas were delish and the chicken torta was very flavorful and huge . The bbq sauce was so tasty and complimented the chicken so well .
Many different tacos to try : steak, brisket , veggie and all had good/ unique flavors.
The margaritas were flavorful and you can tell that they are made with fresh ingredients which I loved.

Food was not made to order. It was warm including the rice and beans. Thin out those beans.The food was precooked with dry overcooked meat. Ordered chicken, steak, brisket and sweet potato and pork belly tacos. One persons dinner came out 10 minutes before other 2 meals. Drinks were ok but no alcohol in them. Salsas homemade tasty. This is the first place that I’ve been to where they did not serve complimentary chips and salsa. Spent over $100. And the salsas came in plastic bottles not even full. Not impressed. No thanks… sorry Americano.
