Extremely slow. Food had no flavor. Several employees working very diligently while one worked hard to avoid doing anything.

At Midway Airport and ordered food that took close to 40 minutes WITHOUT a line. Food was HORRIBLE and this is how the pickle came in my bag. The saran wrap seems to have been USED...WOW..WOW..WOW...Service was horrible and who would eat the pickle after noticing the saran wrap was used? NOT ME!!!Spent $36 on MESS and the chili cheese fries taste burnt!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!Overly Price with poor service!!!

The short: they charge a $.50 service fee for you to use an automated machine now… and ask for a tip? At airport prices? Insanity.Update: I tried to email for my comments. Email does not work. This is now a 1 star. The Airport is not known for its gourmet foods, kind staff, or overall experience. That was taken into account for this review. If I have to use an automatic machine and then i cannot get the machine to work correctly, then I ask a worker to pay AFTER getting my food, and get charged a fee without my consent… this is not service. This is me demanding service because the machine did not work as expected and I asked to pay.I am a regular flyer this is an easy fast place to go — though highly mediocre food. It’s not really a Chicago dog but it is better than a lot of other food options, barely proper place to sit, always chaotic, and the drinks are always incredibly confusing. Genuinely feel bad for the people that work there, they were set up by their management to fail by being understaffed.

Self-ordering was fast and efficient and allowed for lots of customization if desired. Food quality was great and usually appealing as well as delicious! Staff was friendly caring! Seating was adequate for fast dine and dash.

I only had the Chicago Dog, so that's all I can speak to. But if you are a tourist, and you're looking for a Chicago Dog at the airport, and you understand the quality vs price ratio typical of airports, rest assured: this Chicago Dog is satisfying. It's not some serious gourmet dog, it's like you went to a food truck. If you go in with these expectations, you will enjoy it.

I made my own hotdog, so I can not rate any specialty hotdog. It was FANTASTIC. Waited about 4 minutes. Ordered and paid using a "kiosk".Wheelchair accessibility: There are labeled, accessible, separate, and wide tables for wheelchairs.

Took the airport kitchen 40 minutes to cook a hot dog and burger. Almost missed my flight.

Decent food, fast and convenient, reasonable prices for airport food. Definitely one of the better options in terminal C.

The food is okay. They added too much blue cheese in the chicken salad. Skip the blue cheese if you are ordering it.
