Got recommended this place. Just left: the waiter was awful lol and on top the food was complete trash. Prob the worst “Mexican food” ever LOL. If even that. My daughter got flour tortilla and just shrimp, we got shrimp Nayarit and a shrimp butter. Both dishes drown in half a bottle of oil and butter. We told waited he got pist off and walked off mid convo. We told the busser he laughed and we asked it this is authentic and he said half and half. We told waiter again and he ignored gave check ran off to the cutlery and started talking shit in Spanish haha we understood. Disgusting food ! Horrible service, didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else. Oh ya the elotes is gross just plain corn and cheese. No tajin no nothing str8 up white trailer trash food 🤣steer clear go to garcias lincolnsquare. yuck!!!!

Awesome ambiance with fresh tasty mexican food. Kitchen works fast. The highlight were probably the shrimp tacos and my brother loved the strechy tortilla they used to wrap the burrito

If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I would. Terrible food, terrible staff. When i asked to speak to a manager, they were more rude than the staff. Save yourself some money, and go elsewhere.

i was reading all the reviews about how bad the service was and how bland the food is- i LOVED it here. came during retro on roscoe and got such great service and amazing food. steak fajitas were great. i’ll be back for are.

Here I am sitting at a table, trying to flag down the waiter but nothing. The place is empty. Besides me there are only two other tables. The staff ignored. Manager showed up, shrugged his shoulders and that was it. I was the only white person here, perhaps thats the reason?

We had a leisurely 2 hour apps-only dinner and everything from the ambiance on the patio, to the service, to the food and wine was so perfect. Highlights were the ultra-fresh ceviche (I'm not a big seafood person) and the chicken tortilla soup with all the right spices and massive chunks of chicken. We also enjoyed the guacamole, elote, and flautas with a bottle of wine. Great experience and I highly recommend.
Came at 5:30 on a Saturday - when we walked in the staff all stared and didn’t say anything for a good 30 seconds before coming to help us. Food was pretty flavorless - we got chicken fajitas and a couple different types of tacos.
Probably won’t be returning.

My first time and every aspect was excellent Sat of the patio on a beautiful evening. Started with their cocktails from the menu - each one full of flavor and masterfully created. Chips were warm and just the right crunch, with the best salsa and guacamole I have had locally. The waitress recommended the Mexican Chop Salad and she was so on point; fresh and delicious. Others in the group really enjoyed their chicken fajitas and enchiladas. We will definitely be back again for the delicious food, refreshing cocktails and very familiar and exceptional service!

The margaritas are so good. They are not too sweet and are made with fresh lime juice, which is a must! The tacos, guacamole, and fajitas are delicious! Don’t sleep on their happy hour either! Our waitress was kind, patient, and very helpful.
