It's very confusing but tasty. You order at a kiosks located in random places you would not organically see yourself, so the workers exhaustedly have to explain that a million times a day. Plus, you pick and pay without picking your flavors. Beautiful atmosphere, decent prices, and very delicious product.

So delicious! I got mint chocolate chip, tiramisu, and stracciatella with a vanilla macaroon and it was all so good! It was cool watching them create the flower shaped cones. The ordering process was a little confusing, I ordered in the kiosk and then there was no further instructions on what to do. I thought I ordered wrong but I followed the crowd and watched how they call your name and then ask what flavors you want. I wasn’t the only person that was confused, a few people came up to me asking how to order. A sign somewhere that outlines the process for when they are busy and the crew can’t direct would be very helpful!

Beautiful presentation like I have never see before and I have had lots of gelato. Easy to order and pretty quick despite being pretty busy.

This place is really good, I love the mango, Amorino Chocolate, Chocolate flavors, they are really good. One of the best ice creams in US i have ever tasted. First I have tried in New York, later i tried it in Chicago, i think they have recently opened in chicago. Must try
If you’re looking for mediocre and overpriced ice cream that takes 20mins to make into a gimmicky “flower” then this is the right place to waste your time. I’d advise you to get a Ben and Jerrys at the walgreens next door and not waste your money and this tourist trap.
