The gelato here is good. However, the place was packed and ordering chaotic. It was like the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in there. It took forever to get served. That being said the folks behind the counter were doing a magnificent job serving the mob. They just need to come up with an orderly way to move the crowd.

Really confusing line situation. Not sure why they don’t just go one person at a time. There’s like 6 people in front of the counter where you can view the flavors; making you unable to see all of the flavors when it’s your turn. Everyone seemed quite confused; they need a better system and better explanation of how their signature orders work in order to get the line and customers moving quickly.

Aside from that, the ice cream is delicious. I recommend...

We had such a wonderful experience at Amorino!
First, I have to thank Manie, who was incredibly patient and kind with me and my kids. She made the whole visit extra special.
Second, the flavors were absolutely amazing — every scoop was rich, fresh, and full of taste.
And finally, the way they crafted the ice cream into a beautiful flower was truly a piece of art. It looked so stunning I almost didn’t want to eat it (but I’m glad I did!).
