Had dinner at Andy’s Thai Kitchen and it was so good! The staff was super polite and friendly — I had to send my food back because it was a little too spicy (basic white girl moment), and they brought it back out absolutely perfect. Everything was delicious, and I’d definitely eat here again next time!

Where to begin? A friend and I dined in at ATK during dinner service on a Saturday. I ordered Pad See Ew w/ American broccoli + chicken as the protein and she ordered a Green Curry w/ Tofu. We also shared shrimp/ pork dumplings as an appetizer. First off the dumplings were overcooked and falling off as though the were reheated and absolutely disgusting. Then my entree came with no broccoli and when it was addressed they brought a bowl of plain broccoli, not even mixed into the entree. Then my friends green lettuce had black spots on the edges and the tofu was crumbly and not appealing. I will never visit again and sadly the dining experience was a bust and the quality is horrendous. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Better Thai food out there. I used to frequent ATK even when they were at the previous location but that won't be happening! No thanks!

Ordered the pad Thai and unfortunately could only manage a few bite — there was a bitterness to it and just didn’t taste right. Disappointed, especially since I was looking forward to trying this place. Won’t be returning.
The food was great! I came here for dinner after treating myself to a head spa scalp treatment that’s a minute (walking distance) away from Andy’s Thai Kitchen.
Cozy restaurant and friendly service. I ordered the grilled squid and crab fried rice. The crab fried rice hit the spot (had a lot of those in Thailand during my honeymoon earlier this year)!

Andy’s Thai Kitchen is a solid spot in the neighborhood—super chill vibe, BYOB is clutch. Went with the pad Thai, green curry, and spring rolls, and everything hit just how I like it. Spent around $30 after tip (with your own booze it’s a steal). Food came out quick, staff was friendly, and even with that cozy, no-frills setup, I felt right at home. Four stars ’cause the seating’s tight, but the flavors make it worthwhile.

I had a great dining experience at Andy's. I felt like I was at home as soon as I walked in the door as I was greeted and seated with a smile. I had a nice window seat with lots of good lighting. I started iff with the chicken egg rolls, which were really good and fresh. Then for my entree I decided to go with the garlic noodles with chicken. The decor of the food was really amazing and Noah and Andy took really good care of me with their top notch service. I picked up alot of good vibes amongst the other diners and I'm looking forward to coming back to dine with friends in the future.
I visited this restaurant with a group of 10, and while the service started off well, things quickly took a turn. The waitress took our orders and confirmed them before heading to the kitchen. As dishes began arriving, everyone in our group started eating, but unfortunately, my food never came out. After noticing everyone else had been served, I asked the waitress how much longer my Boat Noodle Soup would take. She mentioned they were busy but assured me it was on the way.
I tried to be patient, but as time went on, it became increasingly frustrating to see other tables who had arrived after us being served before me. Sensing my frustration, the waitress brought me a Thai tea, which was a nice gesture, though I’m not particularly fond of it. I appreciated the thought and sipped it slowly, but by the time the rest of my group finished their meals, I still hadn’t received mine.
Finally, I decided to go up to the counter and ask for my meal to be packed to go. It still took another five minutes or so to get it. To top it off, I was disappointed to find that my meal was still charged to the bill despite the long wait and inconvenience.
It’s unfortunate because the food my friends had was praised, but I left feeling frustrated and hungry, with a sense that the service didn’t live up to the restaurant’s potential.

I ordered a delivery of Panang Curry and Banana Blanket and was somewhat disappointed.
The curry had great flavors but some of the chicken wasn't properly cooked. The Banana Blanket wasn't to my liking, as I didn't like the texture and it had no banana flavor at all (it did had a tea flavor 🤷).

Andy has fantastic food. This has been a Chicago staple of ours since moving here 6 months ago. The food comes out piping hot very authentic and tasty. I feel like only true foodies who can appreciate this genuine hole in the wall hidden gem. Authentic and delicious so just sit back open a beer or a bottle of wine and enjoy.
