This is an award winning, multi-generational family run pizzeria. Each time we have stopped at this establishment, year after year, the pizza has stayed the same. This is partially because all of the ingredients are grown to perfection by the family themselves. In addition, each person in the kitchen is trained individually to make sure they make the best meals they can offer.
The cheese, oh, the cheese!!! What can I say! It has ooey gooey goodness, that stretches from here to kingdom come, and back again. Just take a look at the pictures. Even they don't compare to being there. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing with relief paintings of family members in greacian garb adorning the walls. A tribute to Michaelangelo's Creation of Adam from the Sistine Chapel hangs from the ceiling. But instead of him touching GOD, he is touching a slice of stuffed pizza. I guess in a place like this, pizza could be considered a God. Especially, when pizza this good should be considered Art.

They have the best deep dish pizza!!! You see that is good quality cheese!!! See the cheese pull in the picture, you get cheese pull after you heat it up the next day.

Nice little spot on the near north side was on my list for a while to check out. Got a stuffed sausage and pepperoni and it was awesome. Sauce is really good and a unique flavor to it. Cut through nicely with a fork and cheese was nice and melted.

Sat near the full open window towards the front of the restaurant. You walk into a sexy attractive atmosphere of Italy. The Chicken Carbonara was delicious delightful and would order again. The fresh peas and huge chunks of chicken breast add the flavors holding the pasta dish together as a perfect dish to share for two. I recommend you add this dish and location to your BEST restaurant and please invite family and friends to join you. The ceiling hand painted adds a glorious touch to the experience.

Ordered from here less then 10 minutes I realized I ordered from the wrong location called back to cancel and get a refund and they refused to refund me stating pizza was already done… HORRIBLE.

Angelo's is known in the community for its Chicago-style stuffed pizza. They have videos on their website on how they make it and serve it. The stuffed pizza lived up to the hype. Ingredients are fresh and authentic. Lots of sauce and cheese. It looks exactly like the advertised pics and videos. The stuffed pizza was as good if not better than the ones at chain restaurants. Besides pizza, Angelo's has a variety of Italian entrees and appetizers. I would expect them to also be good. It's the sauce, which is authentic and well-flavored. A good dinner for an evening out.
This place is a gem. Great food and atmosphere! Shout out to Bella for excellent service!! Must return soon

I was suggested to try this place by my son who saw it on facebook. I was not disappointed. The food was very very good. We had the pizza lunch special which was reasonably priced and very delicious. Loved the pizza and fries. I then tried the buffalo wings which were good, but definitely overpriced in my opinion, almost $16 for 8 wings. The place is small but eclectic, with hanging lights overlaid by a beautiful painting on their ceiling. The music selection was right up my alley, I’m gen X, and I like that their front windows open up patio style and allows the cool air to circulate throughout the place. Their menu includes some very good looking and sounding burgers and salads as well as pastas. I look forward to going back and trying the rest of the menu, including but not limited to “The Hangover” burger. Give it a try and at the very least enjoy the atmosphere. The person who waited on us, Bella, was very nice and helpful when it came to questions about the menu. Thank you Bella for a great experience at your restaurant!
