Annapurna Simply Vegetarian

Well it’s was first time me being over here and it was really worst experience i would say they have chosen customer they served food for . I droved 50 min to have a specific items and I was expecting they might have one but the lady say we don’t serve and I was ok with that after I saw she was serving the next customer same item . I asked for and when I ask her she say “ think “ whatever you want . I don’t know what kind of customer is it

Recommended dishes: Pani Puri, Khasta Kachori Chat

It was not good at all I am unable to eat that one it was to spicy I eat spicy food for me also it was very spicy and the taste is very very bad I don’t known I they can charge for the food

I came to Annapurna to try fresh sugarcane juice, and the 5 stars is only for the sugarcane juice.
Service was extremely rude. They didn’t ask if I want lemon or ginger in the sugarcane juice. So when the girl put it in my juice I said I want simple sugarcane juice no lemon and no ginger. She got so mad and rude, banged the jug on the counter, and huffing and puffing so much.
She made me a separate only sugar cane juice I said thanks she didn’t even respond back at all.

Such a rude customer service, and this happens all the time. It feels like they are doing a favor giving the service. So pathetic

Dine in pani puri was really bad quality. They serve jaljira pani with pani puri.also paav bhaji,dosa sambar and vada pav worst teste i ever had, food quality was too like week before made. Restaurant floor cleaning like sticky.
They not deserve even one star .

Excellent service from receptionist , she has helped us to decide what to order since Annapurna has lot to order, and she was wearing smile on her face which give us a positive environment, for sure we definitely visit again.

This place has a huge verity in their menu almost impossible to decide what u want to have cuz almost everything looks delicious. But Kudos to the lady at the front. She really showed a lot of patience with a confused soul like me ? and helped us out with the different options we could go for.. Really appreciate her for the kindness. The food was awesome ? my wife and I would definitely come back here

The only reason I am NOT giving 5 stars in because the very 1st time I visited this place (on a Monday) the lady at the front counter was very rude and showed a lot of attitude and every single item that I wanted to order she kept saying “we don’t have that” I literally asked for 4 different items and each one she would say “no we don’t have”. So my 1st experience was very negative and I ended up not eating anything.
BUT! I decided to give it another try a different day (on a Thursday) and luckily for me, they did have all the options available on the menu!. The food was absolutely delicious! 10/10 and they have plenty of seating available. This place is 100% vegetarian. That lady still had an attitude but I was with my Indian husband so he ordered for me and it wasn’t such a negative experience as the first time.

I would not even give one star if I had an option, we ordered food from this place for to go and what we find is DEAD FLY in my colleague’s Dabeli. I wish she could have taken the photo but she freaked out and through the whole thing. Restaurant did send substitute food after informing them this but we ended up not eating the food. I would never recommend this place.

Food Was Stinky, smell was very unpleasant, I did not like it.
Clearly a waste of money, I will never go there again.
