Overall I enjoyed my food with the gnocchi, my husband thought his plate of rigatoni was very mediocre and lacked flavor. The portions were on the smaller side. Overall it was good but not quite 5 stars.

My friends and I were craving Italian food and went here on a whim - even during restaurant week the host was kind and found a spot for us on the outdoor patio which was warm and lively. The atmosphere reminded me of being in Italy, the wine was poured heavy, and the dishes were delicious. Our server took care of us and the service was impeccable. I will be going back again!

The first time i went here was on a whim and it was a fantastic experience. We had the steak and a lemon panna cotta dessert that was delicious. On our second visit we had a bit more expectations this time and they let us down. We were seated in the back patio, and all the heating elements were turned up to the max. We politely told the waiters it was uncomfortably hot and the heaters being red hot from the heat and touching the wires from the lights made us feel a little unsafe. A couple sat next to us and they also complained about the heat. The wait staff would lower the temp and a busser would show up literally 5 seconds later and turn it back up. We asked to lower again and this cycle happened again. Eventually the couple sitting next to us asked to be moved inside and i wish we did the same. Not sure why the bussers insisted on the heaters all be set to the max and be red hot from the flames. Even though two sets of customers complained and one even asked to be moved inside. The food was also just OK. We asked for medium rare steak and we got medium with the ends being well done. So not as flavorful and tender as we would like. The cocktail i ordered also wasnt very good and my significant other got a mocktail that she also didnt enjoy. Luckily the dessert was still awesome. We left underwhelmed and probably wont come back after that experience

We are regulars but sometimes the Anteprima entrees exceed even our expectations. Just delicious. And excellent service. A little more space between tables would be nice. Otherwise, perfection.

Although my main course was disappointing, the scallops were so salty I could barely eat them, the rest of the food was incredible. So I think it was just a mistake. We had griddled polenta, citrus salad, pasta, trout, pear cake. The restaurant was packed and lively and the waiters checked on us frequently.
The food and service were both excellent. With so many wonderful choices on the menu, it was hard to decide. The ambience was warm and inviting; perfect for a date night or a dinner with family or close friends. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back again.
We have been going to Ante Prima for over 20 years and have loved dining there for special occasions or just a date night. Last night was different, we were not really shown to our table, merely a point in the direction and were rushed along the entire meal. We asked to see the dessert menu but was warned that we only had 10 min left to order and enjoy the dessert, so we didn't. We left our table an hour and 10 min after we sat down. We were very disappointed with our experience.

Our server had the perfect amount of opinion knowledge attentiveness and distance !❤️? The food was delicious , sauces and dressings simple but elegant , not overdone but flavorful . Authentic ! The trout was perfectly done and my husbands risotto was rich and mushroomy but herbal as well. desserts were the perfect punctuation. Both the tiramisu and the carrot cake were moist creamy yumminess! Will be back . I think the price point was good for what we had .

Lovely neighborhood gem that has great food and service. Nice to have a standard menu on New Year's Eve instead of a prixe fix. The food was delicious and the service attentive and very accommodating as I we had theater tickets. Would definitely go back and have a more leisurely dinner.
