What a hidden gem! Chicago has amazing Italian restaurants and this has to be one of the best! Amazing food and service, upscale but relaxed and unpretentious...took me back to Italy. Thanks Nora for making our night special!

The ambience was amazing. My recommendation is make sure you have a reservation for garden because it's so quiet and peaceful. It's amazing for the date night and the food. it was so delicious thank you for the great service and great food !!

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Antico Italian Restaurant! The food was AMAZING—every single course was cooked to absolute perfection. From start to finish, each bite was better than the last. The service was top-tier, attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and truly elevated the whole dining experience. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to come back!

This is the definition of a neighborhood gem. The freshly made pasta is outstanding. Really, everything on the menu that we have tried is great, but it is hard not to just keep getting the pasta. The drinks and wine list is excellent as well, and the service is helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Antico.
A hidden (or not so hidden) gem! Their food is always amazing. Service is spectacular. And their outdoor covered patio is so nice year round but especially nice in the winter, they keep it nice and warm back there.

Incredible, focus is on highest quality homemade ingredients — food is delicious and experience is authentic, can really feel the passion and care. Met the chef owner Brad at a gelato tasting in the neighborhood with my kid, we knew right away after meeting and tasting the all natural gelato that we had to try the restaurant — did not disappoint, bookmarking on my go-to local spots list!

Came here for dinner after graduation. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable and really explained the menu. We did the Q price which meant we got an antipasti, secondi, entre, and desert for only $30~ more than if you just got the entre. Food was spectacular! Will be going back!
Went for the first time last night 5/14 630pm for my birthday, basically had the restaurant to myself as most guest sat in the back in the garden area. My party of six sat in the front and the food was delicious. The menu was limited, but fairly priced. My friends enjoyed the scallops. I had the lasagna and lamb chops. However, our server was incredibly pretentious and rude. I hate to bring race into it, but she was noticeably very nice & bubbly to other guest that walked in but, gave us zero energy & mostly seemed annoyed by our questions. We had to ask her to go over the specials for the night. She said she couldn't put my cupcakes in the fridge, not sure how true that was. Certainly NOT needed, but she also never even told me happy birthday (all other staff did). When she ended her shift, she just left never said bye or did a warm handoff to the new server or even gave us our check, did not tell us her name. If you're not inclusive and don't like ALL people, you probably shouldn't choose a career in hospitality as a server. Would also like to note the new server that took over was extremely nice and complementary she even took our group picture, I wish the tip could have gone to her.

It is a small place with outstanding food (Northern Italian) & service! The menu had such delicious choices we could not decide. They also have the option where you get antipasti, primi, secondi & dessert for one price. We figured it was too much food & went with the server's suggestion-share an appetizer, a pasta & each order an entrée. We were also unfamiliar with the wines & she made a suggestion-i did not like the 1st, but had a glass of the 2nd one she suggested. They also have delicious cocktails. We truly enjoyed our visit & hope to go back the next time I'm in Chicago.
