Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Worst servics ever , I use to love to bring my boys here on there Bday this would be the last time i ever come here again , I repeated twice to the waitress that it was my sons 10th bday and not only she forgot but left us unattended for more then an hour no refills where offered at any time. My son waited for hes lil surprise that never came !!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Defiantly not going back ever again , and defiantly wouldn't ever recommended!

This restaurant has horrible service the worst possible place to take your family to eat. Do not understand why my family has to wait over 45 min for an appetizer I couldn't imagine waiting for the actual entre, it's worth noting the restaurant was half empty hence my problem understanding why the wait if anyone reads this post know that my discontent is solely on the fact that I gave 2 small boys one of which has a disability and no parent should have to suffer through this lack of professionalism

Upon arriving and meeting my date, we sat and talked for about 10 minutes before the waitress Twyla arrived to ask if we wanted anything to drink. I ask her for a Kiwi margarita. She leaves and comes back 5 min later to question what type of drink did I order. 15 min later a different waitress takes our food order. I specially request for my chicken to be juicy with no rough edges. When my meal came, the onions were burnt, the shrimps and chicken we seasoned well but the chickens edges were rough. The potatoes were dry and some were burnt. My date had steak, potatoes and broccoli. He indicated that the steak was tough, taste like cardboard, and that the broccoli was rather crunchy. Overall, my very first experience with Applebee's where a total disgrace. The only thing that I can say is that my date and I had a complete undisturbed conversation. Thank u for our privacy

I took my 13yr daughter n 13 friends on 2/5/18 n i must say. We had a awesome time.. My bill was only $169.00 they have half price appetizer, 55cent and 7.99 burgers special s..... We will be returning for a flapjack fundraiser in March 2018....... Thank you Applebee's for the great service..

I went here on sweetest day 2017 and the service was horrible! For starters the hostess walked us to the table and did not speak to us, or asked if we preferred a booth or a table. Secondly, once we ordered our food There was another couple next to us who had already ordered their food first, when the server came out with their food they placed it on OUR table.... Once i Told the server she had the wrong table she asked the people around who's food was it and Once she figured it out that it was the other couple, she placed the food on their table and that couple sent the food back, I would have too! The $1 margarita sale was happening as well so we eroded 2 and it tasted like Kool-aid. My mashed potatoes were cold and the restaurant was not clean at all! They need new management or Need to be shut Down! I will never go back here. The workers were so loud talking to one another and was not polite at all!
