The food and service is excellent! I do not know what the previous person experienced. I, along with everyone else around me, paid after we finished eating. This Black-owned business is crushing it. They helped me make my poke diabetic-friendly with much flavour. I look forward to coming back again with my return flight. My favourite bartender is Lerin!

Genuinely one of the worst bowls of poke I have ever had in my life. The rice was lukewarm, the kimchi seemed old, the salmon seemed old and was far too fibrous, making it difficult to chew, and the onion and mushroom mix was mushy. I do not recommend visiting here

Wow, talk about rude and snappy TSA agents. I’ve never been spoken to or treated the way I was yesterday. I have a wrist wallet and forgot about it after putting my electronics in a tray and instead of just informing me, the agent yelled at me, was very sarcastic and said “I don’t know where you think you’re going with that wallet” and her attitude took me aback. I thought she was joking. I apologized, said I forgot and put it in my tray. She stared at me deadpan and I just laughed at the situation and went to stand in line. I saw her go over and talk to another agent and sure enough when I went through the machine, I was selected to be searched, but only in my crotch area, in the middle of everyone. So ridiculous. How is this okay?

Do not recommend. I ordered poke salmon, but they waited till I paid to tell me they only had poke tuna available. Kept the tuna sealed in a separate container when they handed me the bowl so that I had already walked off to my table before opening the fish solo cup and smelled how fishy and old it was. My brother had the sushi tray with no complaints. My veggies were fresh enough so 2 stars instead of 1.

Owners are rude and horrible to their customer base. They call their customers “fat” and neglect to respond to any actual issues with the business. I would not give my money to these people.

I requested a half cup of warm water for making baby milk , couldn’t believe they wanted to charge around $3.50 for it , even the guy at the till apologised and said he’s embarrassed and doesn’t know why but it’s company policy to do so. As a customer who had already bought a drink it seemed rather petty . Shame it’s let down by something like this

Breakfast bowl was able to be made gluten free enough (no biscuit) to be celiac safe! ALL staff were friendly! Well mixed breakfast beverages. Good coffee.
